In therapy, I help individuals build healthier coping strategies and supportive outlets so they can move through life’s challenges with more balance and resilience.

Together, we incorporate practical tools such as breathing techniques, mindfulness practices, and other mind-body strategies to help reduce stress, regulate emotions, and release physical tension. Over time, these skills support you in responding to stress from a more grounded place rather than feeling overwhelmed or reactive.

We also explore areas such as setting healthy boundaries, improving work-life balance, strengthening communication, and prioritizing self-care. Along the way, you will build greater self-compassion while also recognizing the strengths and resilience you already carry.
