Self-Esteem Counseling
Love Yourself Again
Low self-esteem can often present as ongoing self-doubt, harsh inner criticism, frequent comparison to others, and difficulty trusting your own choices. Many people describe an underlying feeling of “not being enough,” even when they appear successful or capable on the outside. Over time, these patterns can affect confidence, relationships, and overall emotional well-being.
In therapy, I help individuals step out of these unhelpful cycles and begin shifting toward a more balanced and compassionate internal narrative. Together, we explore the beliefs, experiences, and relational patterns that have shaped your sense of self-worth, while gently challenging the thoughts that no longer serve you.
Our work focuses on strengthening a more supportive inner voice, building self-compassion, and reconnecting with your strengths, values, and identity. As these skills develop, the goal is to create a more stable and grounded sense of self-worth, one that is rooted in self-acceptance, confidence, and trust in yourself rather than comparison or perfectionism.
