Therapy for Athletes, Former Athletes, & High Achievers
You Are More Than Your Performance
As a former competitive athlete, I understand the demands that come with pursuing high-level performance and excellence. I work with athletes, former athletes, and high achievers who are navigating performance anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, and the constant pressure to meet high expectations. Together, we address stress, burnout, injury recovery, and the challenges that come with athletic identity shifts and transitions.
I also support clients in developing a more balanced and compassionate relationship with self-image and body image.
For many high achievers, success can be accompanied by intense internal pressure, self-criticism, and a persistent sense that they need to keep doing more. Therapy offers a space to slow that cycle, reduce internal pressure, and create a more sustainable and grounded approach to achievement.
A central focus of our work is separating self-worth from performance and strengthening a sense of internal value that is not dependent on accomplishments, outcomes, or external validation. My goal is to help you build resilience, strengthen confidence, and thrive both in and outside of your sport, career, or personal pursuits.
